2 – Rectification or deletion of the data provided
2.1 – Provision of data and rectification
Under applicable law, users have the right to access and rectify their data. Berrelhas therefore offers customers permanent access to their data, enabling them to rectify it at any time.
2.2 – Free provision of data and acceptance of this privacy policy
Any user may freely choose whether or not to provide their data.
Filling out the customer form, contact form, quote request, and newsletter subscription form is considered voluntary provision of data and is understood as a declaration of acceptance by the customer of this privacy policy, as well as the processing and storage of this data by Berrelhas for the commercial purposes for which it is intended.
Therefore, Berrelhas reserves the right to store and use the data provided by the customer until the customer expressly requests its deletion.
2.3 – Data deletion
Although Berrelhas does not undertake to store customer data after the deadlines for renewal of its services have been exceeded and/or after termination of the contract without express information to that effect, Berrelhas cannot ascertain with certainty whether or not the customer wishes to remain registered as a Berrelhas customer.
If you no longer wish to be contacted by Berrelhas and do not want Berrelhas to store your data, you must expressly request the deletion of your data from our databases.

3 – Security and use of your information
