Passenger rights
All MUV passengers have the right to travel safely, comfortably, and with dignity. They also have the right to receive clear information about schedules, fares, and conditions of use of the service. In the event of disruptions or interruptions, they must be properly informed and assisted. Passengers with reduced mobility or special needs are entitled to accessibility and priority service. Any complaints or suggestions can be submitted through MUV's official channels, and will be dealt with appropriately.
